I ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches through the app along with some other items. When I got to the window, the employee told me that they didn't have anymore chicken sandwiches and asked what I would like instead. I said Jumbo Jacks (since they were $2 on the app). The employee told me that she couldn't do that because they were too expensive. After I told her that they were $2 on the app, she refused to believe me. After I showed her proof, she called another employee to come help. The other employee told me that she could give me Jr. Jumbo Jacks but not Jumbo Jacks and the "only difference is the size". I said I wanted Jumbo Jacks because on the app, they're $2 (a comparable price to a chicken sandwich). She said they're only available for that price on the app. I told her that I DID order on the app and I would have gotten Jumbo Jacks in the first place if I had known they didn't have chicken sandwiches. After she refused to help me I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't give me one. I left with no food and had to get in touch with Jack In The Box through Facebook messaging. When It was my turn to pull up to the windo I had my card in my hand ready to pay but I saw that the guy who was going to help me had grabbed a soda first so I put my card pack in my car door but then the guy wouldn't give me the soda and it was like this weird stand off of between us so I had to go in the door and grab my card again so that I could give it ho him first and it's just so funny, I've never had something like that happen before lol.
