Although this establishment was clean. I do find it strange that the drive thru costumers seem to be more important to the staff. We placed our order on one of the self serve machines and sat patiently for our drinks. They didn't seem busy and that is why I was surprised it took us 20 minutes to receive our order. This was a simple order. Two drinks. When we went up to the front to check on our drinks we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for an employe to talk to us. When we were finally helped the young lady was very disrespectful. I gave her the name for our order and she very rudely told us that they did not have one of the ingredients that was needed to make our drinks. I was OK with choosing another flavor but the reason we chose to go to the Taco Bell in Livingston and not Hilmar or Turlock was because they had the Limonada freeze. But as it turns out in the 20 minutes we were waiting they failed to inform us that they were out and she didn't know "when more would be ready'" I understand that ingredients can run out but my problem is that I saw one of the employees make a drink using limonada seconds prior. Not one single apology about the wait. Another issue is that taco bell is a Fast food place and nothing about this visit was fast. I understand things happen that are out of the staffs control but it would have been easier to inform us of the lack of ingredients instead of assuming that we would be OK waiting for more to be made. I do not recommend going to this location for the customer service or speed, and if you do use the drive thru because the customers in the drive thru were able to have the drinks...
Read moreMy experience was not good. My son and I got 6 tacos and one chicken burrito. First we wanted to eat tacos but the tacos barely had any meat in it. Taco Bell is my favorite place to go. I have a lot of experience at eating at Taco Bells. Our Taco Bell in Merced has twice the amount of meat. This place was like eating a veggie taco. They replace the tacos but still did not have as much meat as they should. So then my son got ready to eat his burrito and it's so tiny. I'm adding pictures it only had a few little pieces of meat. This is supposed to be a chicken burrito with rice and it. Not a rice burrito with a little chicken in it. So they replaced it to but still the new one was hardly any different. This is a $3 burrito. It should at least fill a person halfway. There should be guidelines in which $5 should fill anybody up for basic Foods but that's...
Read moreAs a truck driver who just finished an 8+ hour shift, I stopped by Taco Bell hoping to grab a quick meal. Unfortunately, they donât allow walk-up orders at the drive-thru and refused to serve me because I wasnât in a car â even though I clearly explained I was in a semi-truck and couldnât fit through the drive-thru. The employee told me flat out, âbring a car or we canât serve you.â
Itâs disappointing that Taco Bell doesnât accommodate truck drivers who are on the road all day, keeping this country moving. Not every location has space to park and walk in, and not all have lobbies open either. Denying someone food just because theyâre on foot â especially when itâs not safe or possible to use the drive-thru â is just a lack of respect for truckers. Do...
