Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Livingston

I've had good experience and bad experience with Popeyes. Merced has the best crispy chicken sandwich. Until just a few days ago I tried some of their crispy chicken pieces like legs thighs and breasts and it was not greasy like KFC. I've always loved KFC but I plan on getting a bucket of Popeye's Chicken next time The chicken sandwich in Merced is $3.99. Just stopped off at Livingston near the highway and there's is $5.49. I'm not paying that. It's the principle. I have the money. Okay just decided to go there with my son and this chicken sandwich it's not even worth $5. The chicken was more on the burnt side and was half as thick as Merced chicken sandwich. Garbage. I'll never go to this Popeyes again. But the Burger King connected to it has my best review of all Burger Kings for everything I've eaten there 11/6/23 I came in but prices were so high I could not afford anything here. I placed an order around 11:20am at the store for 3 chicken tenders just the tenders because I was also getting the box with the shrimp and fries and biscuit drove home 20 minutes and I was missing the fires and the biscuit I tried calling but the recording machine kept saying the phone number is no longer in service so after my missing items I couldn’t even talk to worker there to fix my problem and was not going to drive back and be late for work. I had a 2 hour drive home from work tonight. I ordered dinner from the app when I was about an hour out. In between that time and me arriving, the manager had to remove Spicy chicken sandwiches from the menu due to the patties being frozen. My app didn't alert me and I didn't notice until after I got my food. I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter. It was supposed to be a free spicy chicken for using the app for the first time. Since they didn't have that, he made it right and replaced it with another menu item. He was SO sweet and friendly. If I could speak directly to his manager, or even the district manager, I'd say you're making a huge mistake by not making that kid a lead, at bare minimum.
