Skimpy toppings compared to other Huts and will charge for extra toppings like usual but often won't add them if it's take out/ delivery. Delivery driver has no problem handing you your pizza after they've obviously dropped it.Expect your pasta to be tasteless, half baked or even a little frozen in the middle. Pizza is usually boxed without the white sheet so by the time it gets to your home it's soggy and tastes like wet cardboard.
If you eat at the restaurant instead be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for everything you order, even when you're the only table there, because arguing with other staff and Facebook is more important than customers. Rude service is common.
Last time was here I was waiting to order a large to good order for a school function. I saw a worker put his hands down his pants, obviously scratch his junk for a solid minute and then go right back to putting toppings on the pizza. I told the woman at the register what I saw, quiet and discreetly, and was called liar that was trying to get free food. I asked for the manager and was told she was the manager which is a blatant lie because I've spoken with the manager before on other orders. I asked for the business card with the number for corporate and the store number and was told to leave.
She was one rude, fat, nasty woman that had no problem driving away a lot of profits that night. We went to Rosa's instead and they had no problems with our pizzas.

Read moreI ordered pizza and breadstcks for lunch today using the Pizza Hut app where I have points from prior orders. With using my points the order came out to just under $30. Got a confirmation that my order went through and received the tracking link. 20 minutes later I get a call from the store saying they have my order but no delivery drivers and instead of paying cash for my order at the door they want me to cancel my Pizza Hut app order and reorder my pizza with Door Dash and pay them with a credit card. I have seen the door dash prices are over $3 more expensive for each item and I can't use my points to get free items if I don't use the Pizza Hut app plus you have to pay a delivery and service fee for door dash on top of the tip. I have also been told by local businesses that door dash keeps a large portion of the payment and the actual store gets very little. I explained all this to the girl and told her I didn't want to use door dash. I am also paying cash which you can't do with door dash. The girl says I have to use door dash and I tell her no so she tells me she is canceling my order and hangs up on me. I get that people are short staffed and businesses are hurting but how do you justify that level of rudeness and losing what would have beena $30 order and a $10+ tip from a repeat customer who will now spend there money...
Read moreWe went in to Pizza Hut to get some dinner. We stood waiting to be seated for about 15 minutes. We could hear someone in the back doing something but they didn't come out. We decided to sit down and wait. When the woman finally came out she was annoyed that we took a seat. She said they were short staffed and that is why they want to seat you. I told her we were waiting for about 15 minutes and decided to sit down. She proceeded to tell me that we were only waiting for 3 minutes. I told her that we were just trying to be helpful but she had an attitude. We then decided to just leave. I did not go to Pizza Hut to deal with a waitress with an attitude. I completley understand that places are short staffed and am very willing to be patient for service. But I am not going to tolerate a bad attitude from a waitress. She lucked out and we left.
