Ok Livingston, the DQ got me again! I went in again tonight, Ordered a Chicken Strip sandwich combo, with Large Onion Rings and Large Shake. The original combo is 11.99 and they charge outrageously for upgrades so when he told me on the upper side of $19 I wasn’t surprised. But then I got in my car and I could smell fries so I looked in the bag and sure enough fries. So I went back in and asked him if he rung up Onion Rings and he checks the screen and said no. So I asked, “So it’s $8 to upgrade to a shake?” You do realize the full price of a shale is $8! SO why would the upgrade be the full price? So Apparently at this DQ it’s cheaper to just take the combo and just buy the extra item. LOL I would have left with a drink and a shake. Make no sense, I am in food management and the typical NORMAL way upgrades are supposed to be is just the difference in the upgraded item. IE just so maybe I can educate someone. If the shake is $8 and the drink is $3 then the upgrade charge would be $5 in a NORMAL restaurant. Sometimes even a little less than that, so that you can encourage upgrades, Not discourage them! LOL Maybe someday I will learn. Oh and BTW for everyone’s information, It comes with ONE chicken strip that covers 1/2 the sandwich.

I don’t know why I keep falling for this place. They are way overpriced and the portions are small. It is not like a Dairy Queen should be because I am from where the Dairy Queen’s are. The chicken strips are processed and frozen and tiny not homemade and crispy like they should be. I just went in and got a popcorn shrimp basket and please see the attached picture. I’ve literally got like 20 shrimp pieces for $11.49 and a little bit of cheese string fries. If you upgrade your combo here they charge you the full price of the drink when you upgrade instead of just the difference in price the pricing system in this location is really jacked up. I’m very unsatisfied with this meal tonight. I paid $25 and I have probably less than a half a pound of food total.

Paid 17 dollars for two meals. The lady at the window was DELIGHTFUL but when we got home, we noticed we had NO fries. The chicken was placed pretty precisely over the fries but when i moved the chicken, all there was, was paper towels... The chicken was yummy but if we're paying 17 dollars for two meals, there should be more fries. I called in just to see if maybe they ran out or something, and the lady said "the fries are pre measured. So there's nothing I can do about it. Have a good day.. click." Pretty surprised...

Can't say this was the best DQ I have ever been to and actually probably on the lower end. Dealt with 3 workers 2 out of 3 were nice but one wasn't very pleasant. Older lady and did not get her name, possibly the manager. I received my order and she said my number and I grabbed my food and almost left and said oh yeah my milkshake I almost forgot it. She then proceeded to tell me that I should calm down and she is working on it and not get all worked up about a milkshake. Not sure if that's just her personality but funny how I had no problem with the other 2 employees and actually was speaking to 2 other gentlemen that orderd also and no problem with them and we actually were making jokes. So she might want to remember that she is om customer service and should watch how she talks to people. Nothing personal and maybe she was having a bad day, but that don't give you the right to talk to a grown man like he is a child. I said something back to her and I think she understood what I was putting down. Other than that they need to step up there chicken strip game because the one I got were looking like a large fish stick. Taste...

The workers here and incredibly rude and stuck up. I was at the drive thru window and handed the girl cash and a gift card because I was splitting the cost with someone. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and didn’t say a word. 2 minutes later she handed back my gift card, and the cash I had given her. She put the ENTIRE amount on my gift card rather than splitting it with the cash like I had asked her to. Afterwards, she handed me the wrong drink that I did not order. I politely said I did not order that and corrected her on what I wanted. She again didn’t say a word and after she took the drink back I could see her laughing and talking with her other coworkers right afterwards. It was overall a really bad experience and I will never understand treating people that way. I get that working in customer service can be very stressful but I was nothing but polite to this girl and didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I used to come to this location almost every single day but I will no longer be returning here. I will go to the dairy queen in Bozeman instead. So disappointed. Tell your employees to treat people with...
