Customer Experience Feedback I stopped in yesterday just before closing for a coffee and a grilled cheese. From the start, the interaction was disappointing. The young woman at the register repeatedly referred to me as “hun” in a condescending tone, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I requested that my coffee be prepared with enough room to add cream, but it was filled to the brim, making it impossible to do so. While waiting for my grilled cheese, I noticed that the sandwich hadn’t been placed in the grill or microwave. When I asked how much longer it would take, she kept replying, “a few more minutes,” despite the fact that I’ve ordered this item before and know it doesn’t take that long to prepare. It became clear that she had intentionally delayed heating the sandwich. To make matters worse, I was charged $10.74 twice. I will absolutely be reaching out to the manager to request a refund and to share my concerns about the service I received. I have had experience where I've reach the store over 10 mins before closing time. See them locking the door. Stand there thinking they would let me place an order. The girl just turned away and ignored me. I've called starbucks multiple times and reported the store on various incidents. Nothing has been done. Ive had to pay for mobile orders that i didnt get to pick up because they close early. The other alarming thing I've notice is that cleanliness is not the store priority. I've seen staff go from mopping the floor, straight to making customer orders without washing their hands.
