Stella's cafe — Restaurant in Livingston

It's a very nice place. Great folks. Food looks amazing and is delectable. It is super-high-quality stuff. I walked out with a smile on my face. I will be glad to go back and I probably will tomorrow. There's a lot that I want to try. -Edit- dropped a star, or two, their sandwiches are pre-made, so if you don't like mayo or any other ingredient that you don't like or if you would like to add an ingredient because you would like to try a great sandwich, well then you are screwed. You eat their sandwich their way. Period. Absurd. And their eclairs were amazing at first, then I went back and asked if they had anymore eclairs and the dude from france, the chef guy said that they no longer do traditional eclairs, they do cream puffs instead. But the funniest thing is he said, this guy, was that "it's the same ingredients". So he is standing upright like a true human and telling me that an eclair and a cream puff is the same thing! Because it's the same ingredients! Except the traditional eclair was long and not wide but the "new" eclair has magically been recreated as a round tall thing that looks like a beautiful cream puff. Attended the soft opening tonight and must say, that usually soft openings are expected to be chaotic. This was NOT the case! We were politely greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The gentleman explained in detail, the main entree & dessert options; along with the expected times to prepare. As soon as we approached the glass display, there was an abundant array of several options to choose from and they all looked and sounded delicious! My husband decided on the Pan Seared Salmon and I, the Pesto Fougasse; along with several Patisseries. The pastries were quickly cut and served at the register, as we were settling the bill. The main entrees came out quickly. Both meals were delicious! The quality of the ingredients were evident in the bursting of each individual flavor that complimented the meal in its entirety. The waitstaff checked on us several times and were all very pleasant. Chef Ward even stopped by to check on us himself and took the time to chat with us about how our first impression experience was. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stella's Cafe! Real highlight of my visit was the delicious baking goods offered at Stella's Cafe. From the flaky croissants to the decadent pastries, each bite was a burst of flavor and perfection. I couldn't resist trying not one , not two but multiple delicious items ! The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly shone through in every bite.

Not only were the baking goods top-notch, but the rest of the menu was equally impressive. The savory dishes were just as delicious as the sweet treats, and I appreciated the variety of options available. It was clear that the chefs at Stella's Cafe take great pride in their creations and it definitely paid off.

Aside from the amazing food, I also have to mention the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
