Continually frustrated with this place. They advertise stuff they don't have. For example they regularly have a sign with today's soups on the counter. No exaggeration. On at least 5 separate visits I asked for a soup from their advertised soups and they didn't have it available. (Hint take down the sign once you run out). Similarly they will have combos or specials (eg soup sandwich combo) advertised on large posters outside. When you go in and ask about the combo they look at you like you are from outer space. No idea what you are talking about. Today I asked for the BBQ sandwich they are promoting. I go through the whole sandwich building experience and slide down to the end of the line where they have the sauces advertised. Huge sign recommending the BBQ sauce. Ask for the BBQ sauce and they unapologetically and with no concern tell me they don't have any BBQ sauce. Maybe they could have mentioned that when I first told them I wanted the BBQ sandwich. I asked what was this month's 5 dollar footlong. I was told what last months sandwich was but told that they didn't have a 5 dollar foot long yet for this month. (We were three weeks into July). They don't have there act together and seem almost to be a rouge franchise. Where is the Subway brand quality control referee to come and give this place a yellow card? I will be avoiding frequenting this establishment on Wednesdays around 3:30, as the woman who worked that shift today was intolerable. I gave my 13 year old my card and told him to order his usual. He came out saying how rude the woman inside was. I looked at the receipt and she charged my son over DOUBLE the price, and put many additional items on the bill! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I immediately went into the store to address the issue. I was met by a woman with a TERRIBLE attitude! She FaceTimed her manager & lied to my face and said the manager told her wrong information when I could hear what the manager was saying to her! It was literally unbelievable… I was STILL charged more then I should’ve been and I am going back when the manager is there to deal with him directly. Read moreHi guys, today I had a very bad experience in the store me and friend visited to this store and placed a online order after few minutes we went and asked for the order he said he haven’t received any receipt of the order after some time he received it and started making the our order and saying that y are you eat such type of food you have many good Indian restaurant y can’t you have it in those restaurants and my friend asked for little more onions his reply was so shocking the onions are done he said that he is gonna close the store and leave so I won’t cut it again and the tables are not cleaned all are oily and food particles are left on the tables and we asked to open the washroom he gave a reply that no it’s closed there is only one person we can’t clean he did not open the washroom.
