I'm sorry to say that this is the third time I have been here and it was just a horrible experience. The service has always been slow but today it was even slower. They need more staff or who they have working now needs way more experience. A long time after the initial order my son had ordered a breakfast burrito but they said they no longer had it. Mind you this was way after initial order. He then order the smash burger with eggs but they forgot to put it in. They brought it later on the side with no explanation just a 'I don't know why'. My son didn't really like the burger so he didn't eat it. My wife ate the eggs and immediately after felt nauseous. When we told the server she goes 'oh I'm so sorry' and then walks away. No manager or anything. When we got home everyone started to feel bad. My daughter even threw up! Something is very wrong with the food now. Guys get your act together. You've been open for a while now. There...

I had planned to dine in and order food at Sugar Tree Café, but the terrible service completely changed my mind. When I walked in, I was told to take a seat—but no one ever came over to my table. After waiting far too long, I went up to the counter, only to be told to “give them a few minutes.” The place wasn’t even busy, yet the staff acted overwhelmed and uninterested in helping, completely ignoring us. After finally placing an order (just a to-go cup of coffee), I sat back down, fed my baby, and then waited another 20+ minutes before the coffee was ready. In total, I spent over 45 minutes just trying to get one drink. I had hoped to enjoy a meal here, but the lack of basic service made that impossible. Really disappointing, and I definitely won’t be...
