I kid you not, the pineapple upside down sundae is one of the best ice cream creations I have ever had. Not a big fan of vanilla so they always make it with chocolate and it is superb. You get that first whiff of the cinammon on top and it is heavenly. Then you get the whipped cream and the chocolate mixing with the pineapple which is one of my favorite combinations. There is actual cake at the bottom that is soaking up all the good stuff from the top. And of course a cherry. I get these almost weekly because I can't help myself. Another thing that is so good is just getting chocolate ice cream with raspberries When my Mom was alive, big vanilla fan, she would get vanilla with fruit. The custard is decadent and better than regular ice cream. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was I accidentally asked for chocolate with the fruit blended in and it was like really seedy ice cream but now I know better. It is outdoor seating. For the portion I think the price is right. And now that I'm dreaming about it, I might get me another sundae...

From the moment we walked up to the window, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The attendant offered few samples, which made it fun to explore different flavors before ordering. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to enjoy what we picked, and that personal touch really stood out.

When it came time to order, we were pleasantly surprised to receive more than we expected — such a generous gesture that made the visit even sweeter (literally!). You don’t see that kind of customer service everywhere.

It’s also clear that the new owners have put a lot of care into improving the place. The shop looks cleaner inside and out, and overall has a much more inviting atmosphere than before. You can tell they care about both the product and the customer experience.

Highly recommend stopping — we’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I really hope someone that works here sees this and can make some changes. I'm not sure if this is only happening for delivery orders or on site as well. I've been getting orders from your location multiple times a week because I really love your gelati. About 3-4 weeks ago it seems like everything was perfect. The past couple weeks though, everytime I order the gelati, it comes not even filled up to the rim of the cup (I know it won't be filled over that). This is really disappointing because I'm paying $8 for a large and i feel like I'm being shorted product. This is probably the 5th time in the past few weeks that it's occured. I feel like this issue could be easily resolved with some training to make sure every employee is properly filling the cups. I would really appreciate it if this issue could be solved because I LOVE your products and would like to keep giving you...
