Gonna be straight up, I wouldn't be writing a review right now if I hadn't just wanted to rant. Taco Bell has never given me good service. Sure, it's low cost, and maybe it's my fault for not wanting to drive to kingsland for a burrito, but the workers there (with few exceptions) are really awful. I mean, the last one who took our order is legitimately a rude person. Yes I accidentally ordered a combo. I then said I just wanted the burrito. Common sense says take off the combo. She legitimately made me overpay because she's angry (rude tone, rude everything). She probably won't be there for long. It's business, get over yourself. Sad to say I know her. Wish I didn't.
Aside from that, people rarely wash their hands and this is a terrible place to eat (not even exaggerating).
Just avoid it. Lost my business, may seem like nothing...

They can't or don't want to take your card, but you have to take your food they touched. Go inside and your not attended to, but someone yells out "if you want to be served use the kiosk. What rudeness! Did not order, just left. UPDATE: went back to try TB today 4.11.24, had a trailer so I could not use drive-thru. What apparently was the store manager was taking orders at the drive-thru completely ignored us at the counter. We waited patiently and as she caught up she stared at us and went to the office. She knew we had not ordered. She never verbally acknowledged us. Ended up just leaving. Seriously thinking to start my own Taco Shop across the street just to show TB how customer service...
Read moreStopped in here for the 1st time on 3/13 about 9pm. I drive a semi truck so I went inside to place my order. There were people in there but both doors were locked. The very nice gas station attendant got the taco bell managers attention and he came over, after he yelled at an employee right in front of us he basically denied me service saying he's "slammed" and it would be a very long time, I saw 4 cars in the drive thru on my way in.. I didn't get the guys name but I'd never talk to an employee like that and to deny a paying customer service when there's 4 cars in the drive thru is ridiculous. I understand it's hard to find help but this guy should be fired immediately, he can't manage himself much less...
