Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Lodi

Lodi,Kettleman lane Carls Jr.,Ordered two combos,manager lady barely spoke English. Out of zucchini for a while,,, Clearly spoke my order on 1st combo, she asked for each item all over twice. Got second combo order wrong asked again. Had to reconfirm drinks at window as she still got them wrong. Asked to pull up front and wait which is normal THERE even with no cars behind me at all. Bags brought by a nice guy though had no straws,asked and he nicely brought two. Drove off,got home,no medium fries in the bag from 1st combo and onion rings for 2nd are not fully cooked hot and breading is cjed on nasty. Called from ho e teice,no answer, 2nd time been shorted a fry there in two weeks. Shame,been a go to for years,service/food been going downhill for a while now,especially for the high prices. Stopping going to that location. Two many probs over...

First of all I came in with my kids for my day off to enjoy a meal at carl’s jr in lodi, Immediately as i walk in i feel a burst of hotness i was let known by an employee that the ac was out, everytime i come into this carl’s jr the ac is out!!! i was sweating just waiting on my order these workers looked so red i almost felt like calling osha. I was greeted by christian and yohan i believe his name was customer service is great both workers helped me very much ! The only bad thing about this place is the Ac no one should be working in this type of environment i had to take my food to go because of the ac my daughter felt very sick eating there If this doesn’t get fixed soon osha will...

I ordered food this past Saturday night for us and it came to $27+. I went through the drive through and paid my bill and they handed me one bag. I asked if everything was there and the kid said yes. I live 3/4 of a mile away and when I got home, not only were items missing but the food was cold. I called to let them know and the mgr said he would credit me for the cold and missing items. 3 days later, I went to collect on my credit and received my food. Again, 3/4 of a mile and when I got home the food was barely warm. I'm so disappointed in Carl's jr because the food used to be so good. Because of these last 2 incidents, I will no longer go to this...
