Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lodi

The service here at this NEW location is really bad 😔 it is sad because it's a new spot , the woman was not friendly did not say a word when we pulled up to the window , everyone seemed super unhappy to be there I ordered the 8$ meal with the bacon egg cheese bagel and my husband got the sourdough breakfast sandwich mine was basic which was fine very little bacon like a slice of microwave bacon all tore up to fill the bottom of the bagel ... His was dry and just bland no love . Even the coffee ☕ was bad they wouldn't even put whipped cream on it cause it came with a meal .... I had my dog with me and usually like at Starbucks and Dutch Bros they see your dog they automatically get excited and ask if they want a pup cup this place could care less I know this is Dunkin' donuts I get it isn't the same but damn have a little more life in you , be more friendly , it goes along way . We won't be going back...

I went in a few days before Valentine’s Day to put an order for Valentine’s Day morning and they had forms to fill out specifically for this. I specified that I needed two dozen 8 each of 3 different donuts. They also asked what time I need them by as expected and said 7AM. When I showed up at 7:20 am my order had not been packed yet. I kindly waited, didn’t make a fuss. It wasn’t until I was getting ready to pass out donuts that I noticed I hadn’t received the order I asked for. They read me my order to confirm when I arrived and they STILL got it wrong. If they were out of what I asked for they should have had the decency of letting me know and asking what I would have liked instead but they didn’t they filled it as they pleased. Been two days in a row, gonna make it 3 today! Yes drive thru is long but to be expected when any new business opens up.. But nothing more than a normal dutch day would be! First experience was walk in order, the staff was friendly and helpful (it being my first time and all). Coffee turned out good, and donut was delicious! They forgot the cold foam on my second order, but not a deal breaker. Downloaded app to receive rewards and the mobile order option is great! Also the price point is very comparable to starbucks, and not nearly as expensive as dutch. People are always so quick to write something negative but when you have a positive experience it’s less likely.. so here I am! Give it a try and give them a little grace considering they’re working...
