Just had the worst experience here with two disrespectful lazy lying high as hell employees. I ordered a jumbo dog meal and some cheese sticks. When I got home I was give everything BUT the jumbo dog and instead I was given two cheeseburgers which me and my son hate! He started to cry so we went back to get his jumbo dog. When I say Iâve never been so disrespected over a hotdog I mean it was beyond the worst experience. I told them to fix the issue and that I wasnât driving home to pick up two burgers waste MY gas to fix their mistake. So he said unfortunately policy is we need the burgers to give you the hotdog so I said where is the policy posted? and he had no policy or answer. He then slams the window and yells WE HAVE A KAREN. This is also coming from the high employee that just got to work and didnât know what the matter was. The guy who had taken my order continued with the story that we were not aloud to receive the order we paid for if I didnât return their mistake. After all I was called Karen several times trying to get my order right which was a waste and very stressful. Will never eat here again. If a place is good I always do a second visit but unfortunately you failed on my second visit. My first visit I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak combo meal I gotta admit food was 10/10 and so was the service. A few days later I decided to come back and and try something else on your menu I went for triple stack cheeseburger (option 1 on the menu). So, when I ordered my food and payed on my second visit your employee/staff/business owner whoever he was said to me and my cousins that on our previous visit we had left a mess on the table which we didnât, no matter where we go to eat or review we make sure we clean our mess up. We told him we cleaned up but he was like donât leave a mess today. The young kid that was working the drive through on november twentieth at 545pm Provided some of the best customer service I have ever had via a drive-thru. Of course, he sounded motivated sincere and attendant to my needs and don't know if it's the new law of $20 an hour. Or this gentleman is the potential future owner of the place.
