The lady working at 5:30pm on 1/25/2025 was extremely rude when I asked why one of my scoops was not in my bag. I ordered a double scoop of two different ice cream flavors, when I looked in the bag I only saw one ice cream flavor and all of my toppings were in separate cups. When I went to ask about the scoop that was missing she told me that were was a double scoop, but I told her when I looked for the other flavor was not in there. We ordered some ice cream for the family since it's national ice cream day and what we got left everyone disappointed. Three of us ordered double scoop sundaes nd we were given less I cream than what we normally get with a single scoop. And in one of ours it did not even have a topping we paid for.
