Subway — Restaurant in Lodi

Terrible Place.

I'm a Truck Driver & drive a large Truck. this is one of the few places where I can park my truck to buy lunch. As truck drivers, we are pretty limited in where we can take out trucks. As truck drivers, we have limited options when it comes t9 the convenience of having a readily available bathroom except when we stop at a restaurant or gas station. Today I stopped at Subway for an expensive but healthy alternative. I order my meal and proceeded to the posted restroom. The door was locked so I asked if I needed a key. I was promptly informed that the bathroom was for employees' use only I informed the employee that I believed it was illegal for restaurants to ban the use of bathroom ohacikitoes to paying customers. The employee rudely stated that she was not going to explain their reasons to me nor would she "argue" with me over the matter. I promptly informed her I would not need the fulfillment of my order and that I would never return. Interestingly, they want you to fill your stomach with their food and drink but refuse the courtesy of allowing you to relieve your needs to do so. This is what our nation has come to, rude, inconsiderate & ungracious corporations.

I went in today and i had the worst experience there. the rudest lady (not sure of the name but she looked indian) took my order. after she had taken an order she went to me and didn’t change her gloves, after she put my sandwich in the oven i payed for my order right away, before my order was even complete. as she was giving me my cash back i noticed she wasn’t changing her gloves. i waited to see if she would but she didn’t because she asked what i wanted in it. right as she did that i asked her if she was going to change her gloves since those gloves was touching money. she rudely did it after i kept telling her to do so. then i asked her if i can get more of two veggies because she had put less then a handful. then she rudely said she wasn’t going to because it would be more charge. and she was super slow. before this happened i was in there for 10 minutes when there was only one customer in front of me. this subway has the rudest...

Wow. I love Subway don't get me wrong, but the lady at this location was so rude not only to me but the the customer I watched her serve before me as well. She yelled at him. It was weird. I thought it was an isolated incident or maybe the other customer had been rude to her or something. Nope, she was just as short and rude to myself and my BF as well. Very stingy with toppings...handfuls of lettuce but 4 pickles on an entire foot long. I asked for a few more please and I got the dirtiest look. She made me feel so uncomfortable I just wanted to say Nevermind and leave, but I was really hungry. I just wanted a Subway sandwich and not a horrible experience that I didnt ask for. Here's the kicker. She short changed us....Our total was 14.98 and we paid with a $20 bill. She handed us back $5 even. I know it's just 2 cents, but it was our money, not her tip. I wouldn't tip her even 1 cent. NEVER GOING BACK!...
