They were able to deliver and set up a washer and dryer and refrigerator by 2 P.M. the same day! The gentleman who arrived helped us move heavy furniture and other stuff in the garage to get the washer and dryer placed correctly. He helped us find an adapter for our outlets and the plugs and made sure all the connections worked. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He even called earlier in the day to let us know he would be a few minutes later than originally estimated- basically as soon as he realized the timing would be different. Dale goes above and beyond. I called him at the tale end of the business day and he was more than willing to help. I explained the problem and he diagnosed and explained it over the phone. He came out the following day, picked the unit up, offered a replacement one for the weekend, and offered to fix it for 150 dollars less than a mobile service. Over the weekend he took the unit apart, sent me photos of the worn out part, and had it ready at the end of the weekend. 05/22/2024 A few weeks ago I called to ask if they did repairs to dryers. Dale stated that he usually does not but asked what kind of problem I had. It was making a high-pitched noise. Everything else worked fine. The noise really did not bother the wife and I, but it was really bothering my younger son. I guess his hearing is better than ours.
