It needs to be understood that this place genuinely is losing business solely because of the way that the lady at the drive-thru treats customers. There's no excuse for how rude she is every time I come in. And the fact that she still works there despite the fact that not only have I complained about it morris times, but dozens of people have complained about the way she treats people numerous times. It blows my mind because if you go to this location and put an order in and any other time when she's not there, you can ask to have your order Anyway You Want It and the staff are happy and ready and willing to help you and even are excited to help you explore something new and give you recommendations. But if she is on shift it doesn't matter who you are, she will treat you like complete garbage. She will condescend you, she will berate you for making a special request, she will get after you just for asking for water. The woman that is there during the day is honestly one of the most rude cashier's I've ever met. I keep giving this place chance after chance and I need to finally just stop wasting my time and my money because she clearly does not care about giving this business a good name. Clearly does not care about doing a good job or contributing to basic customer service. And the saddest part is I am so kind to her each time, I put on the biggest smile like you have never seen before and she is still unbelievably rude no matter how nice you are to her. I don't know what's going on in her life, but there is no excuse for the way that she treats customers. And if you listen when she's talking to other people at the drive-thru, she's just as rude. It blows my mind that the owner of this location keeps her employed when all she does is damage their business. I try to never recommend that somebody lose their job or be put in a different position, but she is definitely an employee that could certainly be put elsewhere in the business in order to prevent further loss of business. Read moreWas recently in Logan and needed some lunch. Paco's was in the area, so I stopped in. The older lady taking my order came off very rude and impatient. I was just trying to order some tacos and she was quickly yelling out "mini or regular" in a way that I couldn't even understand. It took a few times to figure out what she was asking me, and she seemed super irritated with me, huffing and puffing, and rolling her eyes right to my face. It was really strange. The tacos came out packaged in a to-go box and in a bag; not sure if that's standard or not. I had planned on eating there, but it seemed like she was trying to give me the hint that she wanted me gone, for some reason. The tacos were decent. Not the best I've had. The price for 3 tacos was high as well.

I ordered a carne asada fries, a steak and egg breakfast burrito, and two rollitos for $20.77. She misunderstood and charged me for a bacon burrito when I wanted a steak burrito and when I corrected her she argued with me, then tried to charge me for the bacon that was cooked. When I called for a manager or an owner, the same lady answers the phone and proceeds to tell me there is no manager there and that nobody can speak English and hung up on me.
