Stong's Sandwich Bread — Restaurant in Logan

We met Matt and Patricia (and kiddos) at the Cache Valley Farmers Market a few years back and have become devoted and loyal fans! We have always looked forward to eating their delicious food on Saturday mornings during Farmers Market season, and are elated they have established their food truck business so we get our sandwich fix. My favorite is the turkey sandwich - hot, add tomato and lettuce after it comes off the grill; the lemon sauce is so good and the cheese is melted and gooey! Scones and ‘sconewiches’ are also delicious, and if Matt‘s not too busy, ask him for his secret super special sconewich 😃! One of my favorite places to eat in Logan. All the bread is so so good, and his sandwiches are make-you-cry tasty. You've got to follow them on social media to figure out where the truck is, but it's so worth it. The scones are the best I've ever had. I had the awesome pleasure of living next door to Matt in college when he started making and selling bread. I got his bread fresh every week and it would be devoured very quickly! His bread is hands down the best bread I’ve ever had! I’m in Salt Lake now and unfortunately can’t have his bread weekly anymore.
