Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Logansport

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered twice from the Logansport Papa Johns on Market. The first time I picked it up and it somehow looked as if it had been sitting for an hour. The toppings weren't evenly distributed. The cheese was rubbery. I was extremely disappointed. Gave them a second chance and it was the most horrible food-service I've ever experienced. When I called to check on the status of my delivery, which was 30 minutes late, they snapped into the phone "WE'RE CLOSED!" When I informed the woman on the phone that I was a paying customer checking the status of my order, she lied and said it was still being prepared. She refused to give her name. I asked why it was taking so long and she said "I don't know I just got here." I asked for a supervisor and she said "I am the manager on duty." I asked why she, as a manager, would refuse to give her name and she said "we don't have to do that"

So supposedly a foodservice manager on duty just arrived at the store at closing time, and supposedly I'm supposed to eat food prepared by someone who refuses to give me a name or courteous service.

I filed a complaint with the corporate HQ and was assured I would hear back from the store owner or manager within 4 days. That was a week and a half ago. I haven't so much as been offered a coupon much less an apology for the horrendous service. I will never call this place again. There are plenty other great pizza places in town. I guess I'm no longer a fan...

They have been inconsistent in their quality for quite awhile. I let that go as my son prefers their flavors. But the most recent carry out order of mine has made me not want to ever order from them again. In their online order system they have added a tip option that automatically is filled in as a lower percentage, has other percentage options but provides no obvious way to opt out of the whole thing. Come on! This is ridiculous and should be criminal. Tipping is a choice. And tipping has been reserved for those in service jobs that pay a less than minimum wage or provide an extraordinary service. I encourage everyone to protest this newly added tipping scam that carryout places are sneaking in on people's bills. PJs is not the only place that is doing this. Check your bills...

If I could rate this store as a 0 I definitely would!!! I ordered a pizza and did not get what I ordered and they wouldn't replace the pizza they just said they would give me $3 off which is crazy that I have to pay for a whole pizza to get what I ordered in the 1st place. Absolutely ridiculous. I have had nothing but problems from this store. I will NEVER order here again with thier white trash employees! No business should argue with a customer and that is all they want to do so...
