This was my first time there and I had 2 coupons for free small cones. The girl told me I could use them for anything. I was confused because it said small cones and she still said it didn't matter. So I ordered and then she asked another girl working and the coupons were for only small cones. Then I asked if I could get them in cups instead since my kids don't like cones. She said I had to still get the cones but she could put the cones upside down in a cup. So instead of them keeping 2 cones I had to take them just to throw them away. I enjoy the service each time regardless of how busy. Tried the new fall bubba today and was definitely Not for our taste buds. We will stick to our favorite nestle crunch bubba until we find something better for us. My wife did not like the big chunks we got today because she prefers them to be smaller bits. The quality of their sundaes and such has severely dropped. You used to get a full banana split in half, with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate, with strawberry's, crushed pineapple, and syrup with nuts. Just got 2.. no strawberry custard, no pineapple, only half of a banana, and barely any syrup. Completely out of all quarts and pints. Nothing like driving for 2hrs to get a "piece of home", and not getting any of what you anticipated.. along with increased prices. Will definitely second guess...
