Burger King — Restaurant in Logansport

The incompetence displayed by the sandwich maker Dan (name given by manager) today- March 21st 2024 for lunch blew my mind to the point it had me believe it was purpose malicious intent. I simply ordered a whopper sandwich with cheese. I open it and notice an excessive amount of salt and pepper on the bottom bun that dhouldnt be there at all. I try to just brush it off while heading back to work. Then I proceed eating the sandwich only making it a couple bites in as I find the top bun has enough salt and pepper on it to be put on about 7 sandwiches IF you're really into a lot of salt and pepper. It was ridiculous!! In All of my experiences through the previous almost 2 decades with the Burger Kings across the entire state of Indiana and all neighboring states, I have NEVER had this kind of problem...

My family and I ordered food from the drive thru.After getting the food we pulled to the side.Two of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect which was not an issue.We pulled back thru the drive thru and kindly let the employee know we had received wrong food.The employee was very rude and rushed us thru the next window.Practically threw the food into the car.We checked it as we were sitting in front of the pickup window to discover a cup of pickles instead of fixing the sandwhich and another wrong sandwich.I looked up and let the employee know it was wrong again.The employee then was rude and rolled her eyes.At that point I knew my family was not going to get the correct food or friendly service and we drove away.I can honestly say some of the worst service I've...

New location and the same problems still exist.... The new building looks great even with the rough location. 2 cars in drive and 2 orders ahead of me inside although I did get to order as soon as I walked in the door. Waited just shy of 30 mins for my order and that was after I noticed the order after me got theirs and I had to go all them where my order was.....Why is there only 2 people handling front, expedite, and drive? I could only see 2 people in the kitchen. 4 workers on a Saturday at 6pm? WTF? Good to see that higher management must've not have changed.
