Starbucks — Restaurant in Loma Linda

I was initially going to give this Starbucks 2 stars because unlike 90% customers who came in after me I was not greeted "welcome!". In fact I stood in line about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged and told that someone would be with me. I ended up giving this Starbucks location three stars instead of two because the person who DID helped me, did so with a smile. Although I don't think she gave me medium roast like I asked for. Medium, according to another location said it was an even blend of flavor and caffeine. This however tasted like the stronger roast which is darker in look and flavor. Anyway the three stars is also because before I left another customer walked in right before I left and as I purposely stood there to see if she would be greeted, she was not. So I guess the greeter was just distastefully unaware of her customers entering. So sad because I will not visit that...

Hello mr. Zombie here with another quick review. I had things to this Starbucks before and the first time this place was crazy busy. This morning it was not okay. But it's a great looking Starbucks. As you can tell by the pictures that I posted call Ma hey Art josin to create the atmosphere at this particular location is really really great. It does create a very warm environment. I like it a lot. However, I do have to bring the butt. And the butt is that as you know, Mister Sunday, is a gig worker my livelihood, like that of so many owners that do get work for ubereats, instacart, doordash, GrubHub, and others, depends on our ability to be able to do a quick pick up get on the road and do quick deliveries. The package that was handed to me was fully package poorly sealed and that creates a negative image in the customer's mind which...

People tweek their starbucks drinks all the time and ask for special request.. I have found a cost efficient way to get my drink of choice and have had no problem requesting this from several Starbucks in the area....the baristas never once have given me a hard time until I came to this location....I simply order a double shot of espresso in a veni cup filled with ice with soymilk and 2 pumps of SF vanilla syrup....comes out to $2.85 or something like that....she tried to charge me $5.55 for a vanilla latte which isn't what I ordered...if I wanted a vanilla latte I would have said vanilla latte....I am accustomed to this drink and it's been my go-to for MONTHS now....how could I be steadily ordering this drink if it were a problem?? Smh so so disappointed in the customer service at this location...will not...
