The food was fresh - I'll give them that.

I asked for my vegetarian omelette a certain way that it seemed the chef agreed to, but then he didn't do it that way, and when I saw and mentioned this, he told me not to tell him how to fo his job.

I like my omelettes the classic way - all fillings including meats if any, veggies snd cheese all folded inside the egg patty AFTER the egg patty is cooked, NOT MIXED into the eggs! Once he understood this, he said that's way too much work!!!

How is holding back the fillings until the end and then folding them in that much extra work??

The cheese wasn't very flavorful either, way too mild. The vegetables were mixed in with the eggs. To me that's not an omelette but rather a scramble.

I'm sure that other dishes there that are made the way customers expect are probably good, but spinach/veggie omelettes are one of my favorite dishes when done right. It's important to me. This was not done right, and I don't like the chef's attitude.

As it stands I don't plan to go here again unless this can be cleared up, even though their salads look tempting in the puctures on their menu board.

I don't think customers should be...

This place normally serves good teriyaki plates. Everyone has an off day though, originally I ordered two plates to go with curly fries. I knew something was off because it was taking longer than usual. When I got home everything looked normal the chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted good I noticed that there was minimal rice, but no big deal. Our plates were made and, as we all started to eat there was something about the rice. At that moment the delay all tied in together and explained why the one cook was rushing around with plates. The rice was cooked, undercooked, mushy, and watery all at the same time. I call to notify them for 20mins but I guess they were closed. Since my daughter had made our plates she mixed the chicken with the rice, so we had to toss the meal and we had sandwiches instead to go with the curly fries which were perfect.

I did call the following day, and they replaced the order, but it still wasn't any better. Hence the reason I only go like 1-2 a...

This place is filthy and disgusting very poorly managed and unsanitary inside and outside I don’t see how people eat here. The soda machine is disgusting and tastes extremely awful. They made my fries way before my actual food was cooked and ready therefore were served cold with absolutely too much salt. There were dead bugs all over especially in the windows and ugh the furniture just wreaked of bed bugs! There was hair on my food container…hands down disgusting even where they prepared the food was disgustingly filthy and just nasty!! I feel like I got a slight food poisoning right after I ate my food my stomach was immediately in discomfort. When I looked at the lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich it wasn’t fresh at all I threw out the other half! I honestly don’t see how this place is allowed to operate I will never ever stop here again!

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT & CODE NEEDS TO VISIT THIS PLACE...

Heuvos Rancheros from Ted’s Place On the inside: a classic LA diner with booth seating and large, bright dining interiors. The building sits a bit farther off Sepulveda so traffic isn’t heard much from inside. I noticed a staff, using a slight positive racial profiling, determined there was a high probability of them making a solid Heuvos Rancheros The depth of flavor from the salsa and the strong tortilla made this a go to dish. Meals include hash browns or home fries and toast. The home fries were cooked near perfect with a quick strong outer grill creating a nice crunch and a medium cook on the inside. I suggest dipping the buttered toast in the rancheros along with the hash browns. When asked, the cashier preferred the hash browns over the home fries. Nice and accurate service. A well maintained establishment.

Amazing breakfast so far pork chops chicken fried steak and corn beef hash all seemed like fresh homemade country breakfast comfort food sausage gravy was unexpectedly great fair price except for the O.J. they charged$5.20 which should be illegal in this day and time seems like price gouging when an entire breakfast THEY serve is just about the same price give or take and the large is equivalent to what a small cup of refillable soda is but everything else including the service is above the average burger stand expectations especially when down and out hard times they take EBT hot meals program which far to little places do which is a shame so for this I am truly grateful to the owner of this small independent place filled with a variety of quick quality meals

if possible, I would have given this place 0 stars. The worker who does cashier is completely lost and doesnt know what she is doing. They got our order wrong and completely burnt the teriyaki as well. We had to go back to get the rest of our order one of the teriyaki the rice was like mush the and the other wasnt even cooked all the way. Every time they ordered the food was okay but the service was bad but this time things went too far.
