I ordered a Western Burger. I took a few bites and it was terrible. I looked in it and it was 2 thin burger patties, lettuce and lots of gooey cheese... definitely not a Western Burger. I went to the cashier and she called another woman to assist. The woman looked up our order and said "it says a Carl's biggie" or something like that. I told her that is not what I ordered...she said "well that's what it says". Really, how do the two sound alike to justify the cashier to get the two mixed up?!! Needless to say although I was really hungry I just couldn't eat it. We also asked for a lid for a water cup since we had a one year old in tow. Was told we would have to pay for it!!!! Sadly so disappointed and if this is the customer service to expect at the Lompoc Carl's Jr then there is no need to take my business there. There are definitely more than a few burger establishments to give...
Read moreI have used the app more than a few times, & when I order something without an item, they say "it doesn't show that on my end" but I show them what my email receipt says. Tonight they actually messed up everything. So does their screen not show that I ordered the teriyaki chicken? Instead they gave me the teriyaki hamburger. We asked for no whip on the shakes, got whip & she was shocked I wanted them replaced. We said no pickels, and still got them. IF the problem is in fact that the app doesn't tell them it says no Pickles, no whip, that needs to be fixed. I would like what I ask for, especially for paying. They would probably not like to have their time or food wasted. (This isn't the only establishment that claims their app isn't showing them something) oh and the teriyaki sandwich isn't as good as the old one....
Read moreWe were made to wait almost 10 minutes behind the car ahead of us in the drive through. They made our milkshakes first because it was a mobile. They were completely melted by the time we pulled up. We went in and asked for them to be remade, and the lady working refused to remake them, scoffed at us, and told us she "just made them." They were very clearly melted, and she said "they're just like that." This was obviously wrong just from looking at it, and the rudeness was unnecessary. What the hell?! I should have gotten the girl's name, because this was laughably poor service, and I say that as someone who knows how hard customer service can be. But she didn't even try to do her job and had the gall to scoff at us for wanting our order redone after an excessively long wait for a single car...
