White Castle — Restaurant in London

I would not recommend this location to anyone! My family and I drove from NC to try White Castle, and this location really disappointed me to say the least. Aside from the place being a complete mess, I was overcharged for my order which they messed up the first time. There was a hair in one of my sliders and when I brought it to the attention of one of the cashiers she kind of stated condescendingly "oh, is there". She took the burger and threw it away and said she'd redo my order. I kept asking for my receipt which I never received until I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was nice at first because she noticed I was overcharged for my order and told me I could keep the sliders that they originally messed up on, which was fine with me because I was going to bring them back. After we received our new order we decided we were just going to take it for Togo. Mind you we have at least 9 sliders so I asked for a box. One of the cashiers asked the same manager that helped me if they could give me as box, (I seen plenty stacked right under the counter) and she not so quietly yelled to him, "Well you need to tell HER we don't have any boxes for her and she can just take a bag!". At this point I am disgusted, tired and aggravated so I just accept the bag and leave... So you can imagine how ridiculous it was for me to try and stack 9 loose sliders into a PLASTIC BAG. I can honestly say the sliders we have in NC in the freezer section are way better!! Do not waste your money there. Perhaps there's a better...

If you're traveling I-75NB, KEEP DRIVING. Heard about White Castle since the movie, so we made the pilgrimage up finally. Underwhelmed with this store. DIRTY, for one. I thought I would save some by using the app in store. From the time I came in, I did not feel welcome, I was greeted with stares from the kitchen. I placed my order and waited. Had to approach the counter after waiting until my ETA and ask where my order was. They had to check it in. No worries, that makes sure the order is fresh, right? Well, they didn't care to read the special instructions on my order, so I open my boxes and have to ask for a remake. Finally get to eat and we planned on taking some crave cases back to TN for my family, I, again, place the order in store for the coupon and overhead some employee named St. John and the skinny, reddish-brown hair chick talking smack for placing a big order. (St. John was also hacking up a freaking lung at the prep table.) I think to get one over on me, they didn't use the crave box at all, just bagged it. Thanks, great branding and product security.

Did I mention this place smells of old oil? I used to work in fast food and you can usually tell when the oil is past it's life.

Horrible first impression, subpar customer service, and the meaning of "White" in 'White Castle' doesn't apply to this store. Yuck! Hoping don't get sick now. Thanks for the seed of...

Drove from Virginia to London for an event the weekend of 4/22/2022. Wife and I decided since there is a White Castle in London, Well that what's for Dinner when we arrive. We drove into London, KY/White Castle around 7:15 pm, Friday 4/22 and ordered four 1921 Burgers, a Chicken San, and a Bacon and Cheese Burger. All Good, drive thru and ordering no issues; all was Well until we arrive the hotel (15-minutes later) and bit into the burgers. No delay or question, each of these burgers (meat) was old, reheated, and probably reheated by the way the meats/burger?? texture crumbled away. We knew the meat was a re-cycle so we ended up ordering a Pizza which did not dissapoint. We have had White Castle many time before and never had an issue with the quality of the meat as we did at the London, KY White Castle; Sad to say the least considering everything up to this point was Amazing. ...
