Let’s start with the fact that I ordered a medium coffee with caramel she repeated it back to me, but then I ended up with a pumpkin as they go to correct this I witnessed one kid put in my turbo shot and someone in the drive-through who clearly looked high All confused takes the item and put it in the drive-through. No mind you this is my coffee I am at the counter, so I’m just waiting for him to realize that it doesn’t belong in the drive-through belongs with me so after waiting about three or four minutes while he danced around the front They give me my coffee I get in my car and to notice that the whole bottom half is punctured, so not only is my coffee dripping everywhere, but it literally spilled on my brand new all white pearl dress and to say that I am curious is me being just nice. Read morewalked into the store this morning behind a gentleman who was served right away. Then, I waited at the counter without anyone who acknowledging that I was standing there. Notably, I made eye contact with both the person who served the guy before me and a few other people in the store, so they knew I was waiting.
I know Dunkin has a policy that the people who order at the counter are the lowest priority. First is online orders, 2nd is drive-through, last is in-person orders. Still, it is a frustrating experience to stand there with half a dozen employees acting like they don't see you. To give you an idea how busy it wasn't, i was the only person waiting in the store. I also watched cars pull into the drive through, order, pay, and leave while If was waiting - so it's not like there were a dozen cars backed up that they were working on.
I eventually left without ordering. You never know how long it will be until someone finally pretends they just saw you...

They took care of all the drive thru before even taking my order!. 10 mins later my order is taken with an attitude! Not my fault you’re short handed but ok. Then as I get my coffee and try it! OMG IT SO WRONG. Now I heard her put the caramel in the coffee and I knew it was empty. She didn’t replace it and didn’t put more in!
