Burger King — Restaurant in Long Beach

DO NOT GO HERE THEIR FOOD MADE ME SICK. I hadn't been to Burger King in awhile so I went in Friday night and got a Whopper combo. The fries tasted off but I thought since I haven't been there awhile maybe they changed their formula. I was halfway through my burger (which also tasted off) when my stomach started to hurt. I stopped eating the rest of the meal and basically had food poisoning the rest of the weekend. I went back Saturday morning with my receipt and explained what happened and asked for a refund. The woman working the register (who had no name tag on) looked at me annoyingly and said, "do you have a doctor's note?" I said, "no I was here last night," She refused to give me a refund without a dr's note and shooed me away! So I went and filed a complaint through their website. I did get a quick response (from someone named "Amanda") but it was only for me to elaborate more on what I ate that day, the symptoms, etc, and NO REFUND. Ridiculous, never going back to...

They are fast and friendly. For the first time ever, today, I left my wallet at home and didn't realize until I got up to the window. Thankfully, I had most of the money to pay for the food, in my purse but I was still a little short. Rather than make me cut my order short, that young lady at the window allowed me to take the food that I had ordered without making a fuss or embarrassing me. STOP LYING!! The service is terrible! The asst mnger YELLED at ME!! I repeatedly, slowly, and clearly repeated my order at least 4 times. She eventually had another person take my order. There was no problem. I pulled forward and heard the asst mnger take the order of another person. She was hving the same problem.
