Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Long Beach

I never write reviews but tonight was ridiculous, waiting 20 minutes for the restroom to be opened should be a crime. I am a very understandable person, they’re closing down and are busy so I patiently waited since no one was there. At some point I went to the front to ask for it to be opened as I’ve done it myself once before but was yelled at for doing so. I asked a lady in a tan cardigan who seemed to be the manager as she ordered someone else to open the restroom. I returned to the back and waited… again. Same lady headed towards the back to what I think is the office which is near by the Try on rooms and restrooms, she saw me but didn’t help and was on her phone for some time before heading inside the door. At this point I was thinking on going inside myself but I didn’t. I had no idea pushing a button to open a door was so time consuming and hard to do for them. I finally saw an employee heading towards the same door and had to ask her to open it, I let her know I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes, thankfully she opened it. This may be insignificant to many but it’s irritating as this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Some of the employees have such a terrible attitude which makes me avoid this specific store as a whole so I don’t recommend...

This place sucked big time!! There was an incident that involved a Black woman and a Black guy and the Rude manager or supervisor. So my Boss was standing in line waiting by the white pole at the line, a Black woman didn't see her standing in line accusing her for cutting in line in front of her. The Black woman started to accuse my boss for cutting in line and the Black guy in front got involved without seeing what was the issue. Then the supervisor or Manager also accused my Boss too, telling my boss if she cut in front telling her to go back in line. Which was so stupid and ridiculous without listening to two sides. The Manager or supervisor is dead wrong for assuming. This kind of stuff needs to take it to matter and notice. This must not go further without understanding the situation. This store must be trained properly and retrained for better service. Very poor...

The store is very unprofessional. I come here very often and I buy lots of clothing for my family, and when I tell you, this store is falling apart. I didn't want to write this for a couple of months now, but it seems like the manager of this store is clueless at their job. There's clothing all over the floor, random carts filled with clothing. I waited literally 18 minutes in the line! Not enough people for assistance, and I think the team called for the manager, and they never pulled up. The manager of this store needs to get fired asap. The staff and cashiers look miserable and rude. Would not recommend coming to this Ross; poor team management, and I was told by a chaser that they have a new manager and they're terrible...
