Read moreI recently visited Gemmae Bake Shop with high hopes of indulging in some delicious ube treats. I got the ube tres leches, ube banana cream pie, ube ensaymada, and ube macapuno ensaymada. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

Read moreI was looking forward to trying this place for a while now. So when I was in the area, I decided to have a late lunch, early dinner here. Located in a small strip mall, small parking area in the front. Walked in, two of the workers was standing there behind the counter, no greetings, no welcome. Looked at the fast food selections and nothing looked appetizing at all so I skipped that. Decided to pick up a few baked goods items instead. I decided on the Spanish Bread and Pan De Coco. Went up to pay at the register and the cashier went ahead and ring me up. No even asking if anything else or Did I find everything I was looking for. Give them my card, she put my receipt in the bag. No Thank You Come again. Definitely lacking Customer Service. Train your workers proper Customer Service. I'll take my business somewhere else where I'm valued. Will not come back...
