This place is easy to get into, it’s spacious and quiet. I appreciate how patient they are with me. I have a tendency to take a long time on deciding what I want.
I have had the dumplings, they are pretty good. I think the dough could be thinner, but still the steamed dumplings are preferred over the fried. The fried rice is my personal favorite, it’s fresh with chunks of egg in it which i love. There is a very authentic homemade taste to the fried rice. The noodles are also delicious, perfectly el dente and sauced. The beef options are so delicious, everything is perfectly cooked from the meat to the veggies. The sauces on their beef dishes are so good, you basically want to drink the sauce like broth.
I am eager to try their other dishes.
Even though everything is cooked to order, the wait time is insanely quick. They finished my order today before I could finish typing...
Read moreGreat little sit down Chinese restaurant. My girlfriend and I were headed back home to West LA but were craving Chinese food. We came here because they are open till late. The food was pretty good. But for the price, the food was GREAT!!!! Very affordable restaurant. I was shocked when I got the bill. Usually we spend around $90-100 when we eat at a sit down Chinese restaurant. But here we spend half that for the same items and portions and the food is still just as good. Also like others have said their lemonade is amazing!! We got dinner special for 2 people. With fried rice, egg rolls, egg flower soup, and two entrees. We tried the string bean beef, and the orange chicken. Both were great! Would highly recommend it. We would definitely come here again! Also their cream cheese wontons are...
Read moreAfter hearing so many locals online talk about this place I had to try it out. I was only ordering for myself but intended on having leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I was suggested to try their special for two for $25.99 which includes 2 fried and/or white rice, 2 entrees, soup and 2 egg rolls (I opted for no soup and 4 egg rolls). The order is made to order so it's not sitting under a heat lamp. Service was great and the cashier/cook was very nice. I had the garlic shrimp and kung pao chicken and the portions are very generous. Inside is very spacious with plenty of seating. Next time I'm craving some fresh Chinese food with nice portions at a great price I'll definitely be back since it's down the street from me. Forgot to mention they don't take cash but they take credit cards...
