Horrible service I went today drive-through to get my daughters pancakes and hash brown as every day the the hash browns doesn’t look fresh it was greasy, so I went inside when I request another hash browns I heard the team leader make some comments in my back just because i returned the hash browns, it has been cooking on oil what she can expect!!!’ I NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER SAID THAT I WANT SOMETHING FREE I WAS GONA PAY for it the manager HECTOR approaches to me , to my table asking me about what was going on apparently I always make a Complain I am unhappy customer THIS IS what he told me if I don’t like the way they serve me I was not welcome to go there anymore I tell him I’m sorry but I NOT disrespecting anybody I just want MY HASH BROWNS to be fresh and I’m going to pay for it I don’t see what’s the problem with it and if I want my food to be make 10 times I’m going to pay 10 times for it I don’t see what’s wrong with IT , and the only time That I returned my sandwich was because the onion was due and it taste nasty AND again I never disrespect nobody I just told the lady that day just to give me some tacos instead, in the first place HECTOR shouldn’t talk to me like that specially front of my 3YR OLD daughter, This is fast food restaurants HECTOR should know how to deal with customers as a matter fact , i never say anything to disrespect nobody IS SO SAD That a “MAN” disrespects A WOMAN WITH A CHILD, jus because i want my food to be fresh, I will never make any complain or anybody else will never make any complain if they do what they supposed to do what they...
Read moreWent last night to pick up an order I placed, and had probably the worst experience I’ve ever received from a fast food establishment, and I’m a big guy, so believe me when I say I’ve been through A LOT of drive-thrus.
I went maybe 20 minutes after I placed the order, as it was a pretty large order($67).When I got to the window I was given drinks and 3 bags. I asked the guy (Hector, as it was the same person that had helped No Middle in another review) if that was everything, to which he replied yes.
We got back home, about a 1 mile drive, and started going through the bags but noticed that two orders of fries and my partners burger were missing. If it were something that was for me I would’ve brushed it off, but it was for my partner so wanted to make it right.
I tried calling the location, but the call was never answered. I then had decided to drive back and go through the inside so I wouldn’t have to explain through the speaker box, but the doors were locked at 7:55PM, so I was forced to get back in the drive-thru.
When I got to the speaker box, I explained that I had just came a few minutes ago but some items were missing. Hector said “What?” in a slightly annoyed tone, then asked what was missing. I replied with “2 large fries and an ultimate cheeseburger.” There was a long pause, and he just told me to get to the window.

Read moreUnacceptable service today! My 13yr old nephew went there today with a group of friends and ordered a burger. The manager MariaCruz placed his order and didn't give him a receipt or his change back. My nephew asked for his change and she said where is your receipt. He told her she didn't give him one. So she refused to give him his change from a $5 and even told him he didn't give her any money but she placed his order. Imagine that. So my 13yr old nephew called his mother. The manager didn't give her the change either when she showed up but she called the police on them for wanting their change from a 5 dollar bill. So my sister left not wanting trouble. I then go up there to speak to the manager and she flat out told me she is not talking to me because I wasn't there. I asked for the number to corporate and she told me to google it and walked to the back. Trust and believe I did just that and will be making calls first thing monday morning. If this is the type of personality they hire at Jack in the box then I will not be spending my money at this establishment. I can not wait to speak to a district manager and the corporate office to file a complaint. Maria Cruz is a poor example of a manager of any establishment.
