Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Long Beach

I call on the top executives in charge of this Jack in the Box restaurant located on Long Beach Blvd and Victoria to supervise and correct everything that is wrong there starting with the Cleaning and food handling standards I attest and testify as a customer that one of your kitchen employees was sweeping the place with gloves on, she returned to the kitchen and saw that she was not washed her hands and went to touch the food and when I told that to hispanic an employee named Jose he kicked me out of the place. Luckily the food I was waiting for was not for me, it was a delivery The employee Jose is very aggressive and rude without education. Obviously he has people on his side that allow him to treat customers like this. I have already reported him to customer service and I hope this does not happen again. In the morning the cashier in the front is rude she didn’t even say hi she just took my order to rush me for no reason no one else was in there🤦‍♀️ both bathrooms are out of order for the day I wonder what bathrooms does the employees use 🤷‍♀️ that’s crazy for a franchise fast food 🤦‍♀️😂 the drive thru cashier was nice she was running the drive thru and front bc after that the front cashier was never to be seen again. Although I don't understand why if the place is open 24 hours, the shake machine gets shut down at night for the entire night so I'm never able to get a shake being that's the only time I get to a Jack in the Box - The food however last night was absolutely on point! It was actually better than expected & I savored every bite of my Jumbo Jack burger. My only complaint - far too much sauce every time which I end up scraping completely off because its already turned my lettuce soggy (which I also then must discard) & is already beginning to make my bun soggy.
