Rolled tacos is crackin......9.5 out of 10 (they have to be willing to separate the containers, even if they need to upcharge 1 dollar, I'll pay it), I don't like rolled tacos topped on top of each other. Still top 5 rolled tacos ever.
Pollo asada fries (9.7out of 10) (children) smashed them. I tasted them top 3 ever.
Rice (honestly mediocre, they need to do much better, much better) 2.9 out of 5, being generous.

Now, to my surprise listen to me, their limon drink, I believe it was lime and cucumber mix, best I ever tasted in any place ever all over the U.S. (facts), they need to make popsicles or some ice drinks out of it, (If you guys do it, mark words it will be a top seller. 100% facts....)

NEVER AGAIN. They had horrible customer service to start off. I hadn't been there before and they didn't bother explaining their menu items or making sure they were getting my order down right. They charged me and gave me the wrong food and when i told them they refused to fix the problem. They wouldn't give me a refund, wouldn't change my food and wouldn't take it back. They basically wanted to force me to eat the food I DIDNT WANT. I yelled at them until they made me the right item. The food was gross. The meat was flat and dry and tasteless, and the arrangement of items was half-assed; they hardly gave any rice and gave me a whole ton of guacamole and pico de gallo The eating area was messy and no one seemed to care about...

On our mid afternoon break at E.M.A. Travel Group in Long Beach, I like to come to Alberto's and order the Carne ASADA Super Nachos! Literally, you can share it with 3 of your co-workers (if you like any of them). The nachos are well proportioned and are prepared with meat, cream, white chese, bean, guacamole and pico de galllo. On the side you can ask for extra Hot salsa. I seem to have developed a taste for Alberto's and I didn't know this was a small mexican fast food restaurant chain!
