I just ordered a sub on the app. They took my money. I walked down to get it and they said the owner canceled the order. The app says my order is ready and the money was taken. They told me to take it up with my bank. The app still says my order is ready. I’ve worked for subway. I’ve been everything from a sandwich artist to a store manager. Read moreI run to Subway mostly for breakfast. It's a little pricey for a sandwich though. The most shocking thing is the same sandwich cost $2.00 more and the only difference is the eggs. Also I don't like the fact that you are spending almost $10 for a sandwich (footlong) and they want to skimp on the meat like give you one maybe two scoops of meat and they try to spread the meat out across the whole foot long. My second visit, it didn't dawn on me to check the lettuce, before I ordered my sandwich, the LETTUCE was again brown.. and I walked away, while the girl was making my sandwich... you need to take care of this.
