I know you’re standing in line right now looking up reviews for this place because something feels off. Well, buckle up, because this review is about to take off. First off, prepare for some turbulence. One minute you’re ordering right next to the grill, and the next minute, they’ve diverted you back outside the food court area where you can’t even see the menu. A real flight delay, if you ask me. Now let’s talk prices: $82 for two burgers, fries, and drinks. That’s first-class ticket pricing for a coach experience! I mean, I’ve flown long hauls with cheaper in-flight meals. And to top it off, they ask for a tip on top of that? Look, I’m not one to crash a service model, but this is a “walk up, order, wait” setup, just like McDonald’s. No table service, no lay-flat seats here. The burger? It’s cleared for takeoff at a solid 7 out of 10. Well-cooked, great bun, good accoutrements—I’ll give them that. But for $82? I was expecting more runway. The fries are good, thick-cut, salted and peppered just right, but here’s the landing gear failure: they don’t give out ketchup unless you specifically ask for it. I mean, it’s not even an upcharge! It’s just one of those things that makes you wonder if the plane is being flown by the passengers. All in all, the food is decent, but the price tag is a real drag, and the ordering process might just send you into a holding pattern.

Excellent Airport Burger & Top-Notch Service! Was so happy to find a great spot with solid vegetarian options at LGB. They were out of the Beyond patty for the Beyond Beach Burger, but the server recommended the Vegetarian Falafel Burger, and it was a fantastic alternative. There were a couple of tiny hiccups - a short wait for the cashier to appear, and my burger initially came without the avocado. But what makes this a 5-star experience for me is how professionally the staff handled everything. The cook was incredibly fast, and my food was ready in minutes. When I mentioned the missing avocado, they were super friendly and gave me a generous portion right away, no questions asked. The burger itself was delicious. In an airport, where things can be hectic, fast service and a staff that quickly and pleasantly makes things right is everything you can ask for. Highly recommend!

Burger was dry as bone. Precooked, bread pre toasted. Fries were decent. Burger and fries for even a airport priced food thumbs down, please stay away. They may be better at some moments during the day? My experience, even warning them I would review them. The food was dry and not good for even for airport food. $30 fries and bacon cheese burger. :(
