Pho Express Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Long Beach

Been on a search for authentic Vietnamese pho in the North Long Beach area and I think I may have found it! They just reopened under new management last Saturday and the food is as close to Westminster pho as I can find, what a hidden gem! Support your local small businesses and try this place out! You won't regret it, coming from a 100% Vietnamese raised yelper! :)

I ordered their combo pho and the meat was so tender and soft, noodle cooked just right and the broth, flavor!!! Just like mamas! But not quite!

I also ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls and it's as fresh as you can get! The peanut sauce was delish! I can't wait to come back and try their other items.

First time trying this place since it switched owners/name. Pho was good, spring rolls were solid. Some places skimp on the amount of beef they put, not this place! A hefty amount, which always makes me a happy customer! Broth was delicious, I personally like a little more of the aromatics, but it was still delicious

A little slow on the service, but maybe im just spoiled from how fast other pho places bring out their pho. Took about 20 mins to receive my spring rolls and pho, which were brought out at the same time.

Great tasting food. I really enjoy going there. I go at least once a week if not more. And the staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to the menu.
