Tacos Guadalajara — Restaurant in Long Beach

Last time visited was on 4.22.22. This restaurant went from a 4 star to a 1due to the following: Offensive environment. Cashiers and cooks use profanity language in 90% of conversation. Not good for children... Lady taking orders is rude, does not pay attention to the order and treats you like she is doing you a favor. Lady taking orders give out free food and transients have the luxury of asking what they want. Aside from hurting the owner, this ultimately drives the prices up and you ad I end up paying for it. Cook does not wear hair nets and sure enough. My son's burrito had a hair in it. When told the cashier about it, she simply said it was not me. Not even an apology. Finally, prices are way to high. Meat quality is low and portions are way too small.

Table are never cleaned , there's always flies. Cook does not wear hair net or gloves to touch the food. No masks are worn. Person taking your order Is to busy talking to the cook making fun of the customers not caring who's in front of them. Lady takes order wrong and when you correct her she gets upset and acts like she's doing you a favor. The music is so loud you can't even hear her when's she's asking questions. They don't even have enough meat to make tacos and they get mad when you ask for more than 3 tacos because they don't have meat. To top it off we found a hair ina asada burrito we ordered, we took it back ans she get mad and says it wasn't her fault. They use alot of profanity not caring g our children were there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ... workers that are there on the weekends...

This place is insecure. I bought four tacos and a PEPSI. I sat down to eat my four tacos, watch TV for a minute, 30 minutes. All of a sudden had to use restroom.

I asked a person passing by to pass me the keys for the restroom.

I went to the restroom and was doing my business. I heard someone knocking from the other side of the wall. I knocked like they knocked and continue my business. Five to ten minutes passed and again someone knocked.

I give this place no Stars for the fact that I was not able to do my business comfortably.

I walk out the restroom and a man standing by the door. I ask him, are you knocking? He doesn't answer. He reaches for the restroom keys and says, "You ave been in the restroom for a long time."

I say forget this place and dont eat here, nor ask for the restroom key to do...
