Starbucks — Restaurant in Long Beach

Absolutely horrible. I come to this location pretty often and spend well over $50 to get drinks and food items only to always have an issue with a drink.

As a customer/parent/patron, it is not our fault if it’s too hectic and use that as an excuse for messing up orders. Especially when ordering the first time around takes a very long time, only to then waste even more time to come back and wait again in line to get the order sorted out.

If as a business, you see a trend that your employees are unable to properly serve your clientele during a certain window, it falls on the business to either add more employees or put in place a better QC process.

I never like giving a bad review but I feel like this Starbucks needs one . This place has great potential. The staff is very nice but I honestly feel like they are under staff . The reason I keep going to this Starbucks is because it’s 0.6 miles from my home. I always do mobile order and I have been very patient . Everytime I go my drink is NEVER ready. Mobile orders are meant to be fast in and out type of style but at this location it’s the opposite . I literally have to wait 15-20 mins for my mobile order, and I always order the same thing an iced coffee with heavy cream. I am patient and understanding I’ll let it slide once or twice or even 3 times but when it constantly happens then something needs to be said. We have tried this starbucks several times and there is always a problem the drinks tasting bland or just made incorrectly but specially today the service was very bad. First of all every time we go they dont have some items but today we tried to order 3 impossible sandwiches and they did not had any. We tried to order the grilles cheese and also didn't had any. So we said ok no sandwiches. We tried to order 3 pumpkin cream cold brews. Didnt had any. So we decided to order 3 chestnut praline lattes. And they wer bland so definitely not coming back.
