Do NOT go to this DD location on Joline Ave if you want your order delivered correctly, at the correct price, or in a timely fashion!! I wasted 10+ minutes waiting for ONE small cup of coffee, when I was the ONLY customer in the store! They INCORRECTLY charged me $9.98 for ONE small coffee, then took forever to figure out how to return the money to me (handed me cash for a CC return?), and then after reminding them several times, finally got me a cup of coffee, that was INCORRECTLY made! When I mentioned to the manager PAWAN that I was disappointed they charged me for the coffee after all of that, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. !!Terrible customer service!! Aggravation and an undrinkable cup of coffee is NOT a good way to start your day! Skip the Joline location and try the location at the corner of Brighton and Ocean Aves. If I could have put zero stars, I would. This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts and my coffee is always disgusting here. Ever single time I come here, I have an outrageously horrible experience. Not to the mention the horrible, rude, careless staff. Although all my experiences are always bad, today really irked me. I placed a mobile order for two SIMPLE items, an iced caramel latte and a classic glazed donut. The rude woman proceeded to hand me a melted coffee that tasted equivalent to water and then told me she doesn’t see that I ordered a donut as I had my phone with the order right in front of her face as she told me “ I don’t know what I’m supposed to be looking at” and then rudely says that the donut will he “on her” as if I didn’t already pay for it. Was in Long Branch for a wedding this past weekend, ran to this DD for box of joe & lots of donuts to bring back to the hotel we were staying at. I was in such a rush, I must have left without my credit card. And didn’t realize until the following Thursday that I couldn’t find my card (5 days)!!! Checked my charges & this was the last place I remembered using it. Called today & manager had my card (after checking my identity to make sure it was me). Since I already put a stop on the card I asked him to destroy the card.

But a HUGE shout out to them for keeping my card safe and making sure it wasn’t used by anyone!!! Next time I’m down the shore in Long Branch, this is the “GO TO” DD.... pleasant service, good food & amazingly TRUSTWORTHY!!!!...
