I'm obsessed with the Stirling Fountain! This ice cream shop is truly the best in the whole world, and I'm not exaggerating. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with the warmest smiles from the kind and understanding staff. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves with a huge smile on their face.

The ice cream itself is absolute perfection. With a vast array of unique and delicious flavors, there's something for everyone. My kids (and let's be real, me too!) are absolutely obsessed with the Stirling Fountain's ice cream. It's the perfect treat after a long day or a special occasion.

But what really sets the Stirling Fountain apart is its welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff are always patient and accommodating, even when my little ones get overwhelmed or want to try multiple flavors. They truly understand the importance of making every customer feel special.

Talk about a father's day fail. I went in for what I thought was going to be a nice father's day dessert only to leave empty handed because of poor service and the rudeness of Ally. We were in line, with two other families, the staff was just going along the line and filling orders, my daughters told the staff multiple times we were a party of five, only after my two daughters ordered Ally started telling us "we created an issue" because she didn't know what her staff scooped. Granted we were all still standing there so rather than being rude and blaming us for her overwhelmed and disorganized staff, she could've just clarified what my daughters ordered and continued. She instead choose to blame the customer. I didn't know going along with the staff directions would mean the customer created an issue. I'll keep that in mind when I'm getting ice cream from one of your competitors. And to top it off, my daughter ordered vegan ice cream because of a lactose issue, and based on what happened after eating it, it's clear it wasn't vegan so apparently the issue we caused also caused them to make a mistake that impacted my daughter's...

The variety of ice creams here is good, and the quality is decent, but my experience with the service was disappointing.

First, I noticed that the staff added a tip to the bill of the customer in front of me without their consent. That was already a red flag.

I went with my two kids, and one of them wanted to try two flavors before deciding. The attendant allowed it but did so with visible reluctance.

When it was time to order, we asked for the ice cream in a cone. Since I was with my kids, I only wanted one scoop. However, the attendant told me that it was against their policy to serve just one scoop in a cone—it had to be two. I explained that I only wanted one because it was for children, and she insisted that the only way to get one scoop was in a cup. If I wanted a cone, I had to pay for two scoops. In that situation, I had no choice but to accept.

I ended up paying almost $30 for three single-scoop cones and a hot chocolate (which was quite mediocre). Definitely overpriced, and what was supposed to be a nice experience turned into a...
