The Ice cream is fresh and really tasty. The staff is courteous and the decoration is really nice with beautiful colorful designs on the walls. Those chihuahuas drawing are too cute and my family and I love them. We stopped by Penny’s while on vacation with our kids. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the scoops were generous and staff was attentive. We had never had Amish ice cream but it tasted delicious and homemade. Would...
