Paid 38.00 for three meals and after waiting at the counter for five minutes to get the second cup the guy wearing a headset tells me that I didn't order one as a meal. He said that I would have to pay an extra 3.50 for another drink. I told him that we ordered two meals and one kids meal and he continued to disagree. So I paid the extra money and he gave me the cup. I then told him that if he just listened this would not have happened and that me paying extra was his fault. My wife was trying to use the self serve ice/drink machine as I turned to it with my cup in hand. She informed me that the machine was not dispensing ice so I turned back to the guy wearing the headset and asked him for some ice. He just turned and walked away. So I said excuse me the ice machine isn't working can I get some?.... .... Excuse me? He looked back and I yelled at him that the ice machine was broken and can I have some ice ( in case he was distracted by the drive thru) he continued to ignore me. At least two other people in the back saw me and heard me yet they ignored me also. So now I screamed so I could get a manager because I was mad at the service and he came out and asked me to ask for ice nicely to which I said I have several times. He repeated himself and I said no so he kicked me out of the store and said he was calling the police. He refused to give me money back also. At that time I had a kids meal with a box of juice a Texas whopper meal with onion rings a whopper with cheese meal with onion rings and two empty cups that I paid 41.00 for. I was so mad I told him that I would wait for the cops but instead went to the other store in town and told them the situation and they gave me two drinks with ice. That manager never gave me their name or anything. I want to see him fired over ice and the worst customer service experience ever. They even got the order...

From October 2024: It's an average Burger King. Usually this one is better than the one on Oregon Way. There's never anyone eating in the dining room. The drink machine has not been working right for a while. The coke, dr pepper etc taste off a little bit. The quality of the Burgers here are inconsistent. Not all the cooks here will put the same amount of toppings on them as the other. This time the burger was decent. Several tomatoes, 4 pickle slices, mayo and ketchup. The bun wasn't even smashed like it usually is. I ordered the Whopper sandwich. I'll only go here if I have a coupon from the sale circular paper. $13.99 for 2 Whopper meals, LG drink & fry.
2/12/2025 Okay I must have gotten a good crew here this time. I think there were 4 people in the kitchen two of them were doing orders and 2 of them were cooking. I took them a little bit to get to me but to be fair the drive-thru was super busy and there was only me in the dining room. I asked for a Whopper meal deal, large, no onion extra mayo. And that's exactly how it came and extra mayo. But usually I don't get a good amount of lettuce and I only get one slice of tomato. This time was a nice pile of lettuce and two healthy slices of tomato. And the right amount of mayo. Not an ungodly goopy blob of mayo like the first time I came here. The fries were even done nicely fresh hot golden on the outside and crisp, fluffy on the inside. Way to guys, that's two times in a row you guys have been really good, for a Burger King.
6/9/2025 Ordered my usual large Whopper meal deal. The Whopper seemed to be fine. However the large fry left a lot to be desired. Not very full and the fries were undercooked. See pic . Seems to be a trend with fast food places these days. Undercooked pasty white fries in a not very full fry container ....
Read moreThe food at this location is usually quite good, but the service, especially in the drive-thru, is totally unacceptable. The last time I went to the drive-thru, there was one car in front of me, and I was in the line for 15 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. Additionally, I could hear them try to give my order to the car in front of me. They should have suggested that the guy in front of me pull around and they could take the order out to him when it was ready, but they did not. So I had to wait, even though my order was ready. I have noticed that both of the Burger King restaurants in Longview are relatively slow in the drive-thru lanes. They never have two people working the pay and order pick-up windows--the same person that you pay at the first window gives you your food at the second window. So they are spending their time running back and forth between the windows. It wouldn't surprise me if that person is the same one preparing the food as well. It's unfortunate that in today's world, no one wants to work and I know it is hard to get good help, especially in the restaurant industry. This particular situation could have been quickly alleviated by sending the customer in front of me to park at the entrance and taken the food out to them. Maybe more training of staff on...
