Since the remodel and reopening, I have been there 4 times. On three of those visits, my order was messed up. The first time I ordered a mocha moo-latte. They gave me one with NO chocolate. I knew it wasn't right because it was too light. The girl swore it was a mocha moolatte. Of course, this was going through the drive thru. This last visit I ordered the same on my way to work, what was given to me looked NOTHING like a moo-latte. It was dark and watery. I can pretty much guarantee it had no ice cream in it. The girl at the window knew something was wrong because she asked the person who made it to verify that it was a mocha moo-latte. She was told it was and gave it to me. I said something and she told me she asked and so it was right. I tasted it before I pulled out and confirmed that it was wrong. I passed it back to have it corrected. I was told even if they remade it, it would be the same. I did not have time to get a manager so I left. It is very frustrating because these are treats that you are sacrificing a certain number of your calories to, not to mention they are not exactly cheap. I am done! I can't believe I am the only one having these experiences. Three out of four mess ups is pretty bad 'luck.' I was hoping things would get better as the new employees got more experienced. But I am thinking the problem must be management since this is continueing to happen. I am going to call the manager and see how interested they are in winning me back by making this right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I ordered a small chocolate xtreme blizzard with EXTRA coco fudge around 4pm in the drive thru. As I pulled away I noticed my blizzard looked like it was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks in it. so I look at the receipt to see if maybe they missed the extra coco fudge, they didnāt! I was charged 83cents for extra coco fudge. So I pull around front and go to the door. I told the girl who answered the door the situation and I was super nice and I even had my receipt. she rudely says sheās the the one who made the blizzard and sheās sure she put extra coco fudge in it. so I nicely said thatās weird I always get this and itās usually way darker. she then says well I guess I can remake it for you but itās going to look the exact same. So then I said no thanks and walked away. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and got NO ANSWER!!!! iām extremely disappointed with how that situation was handled especially because I used to work there and I know that was not the appropriate way to handle the situation.

I almost canceled my order because when I went for ice for my drink there wasn't any they didn't have other items I wanted either I had to settle for what we ordered but no ice that was it I yelled out" no ice cancel my order " they magically found ice then we ate our cold meal. Wow lame apology why would I ever go back to have the same thing repeated if I could give negative 10 stars that would not be enough. I live in Texas and the DQ's there are great this place was pathetic and made worse by this "sorry please come back" what really thats what you have to say. I say like other reviewers . Fire the management retrain the staff to know what they are supposed to be doing and to have knowledge about what they serve poor kid behind the counter could not even tell me what sauce was on one of the items.
