I had the worst day possible before going to redleaf today…. I went to my normal coffee spent $10 on an energy drink from there…. Got home. It fell on the ground before I could even drink it and exploded… I am 8 1/2 months pregnant so that quickly turned into a complete meltdown….. I chose to go to red leaf instead because it was closer thinking I was going to end up spending another at least $12 on one drink because red leaf has always been more expensive because it is higher end…. Way better products so I was expecting to spend more than $10 on one drink….. imagine my surprise when I spent less than $10 on a large sugar-free charger…. It’s healthier than the other energy drink….. taste better than the other energy drink…. And cost less than the other energy drink… and the people that were working the drive-through this morning were 12/10 unkindness on customer service on the vibes that they gave alone….. the people that work at this particular location have changed my mind forever on redleaf…. I will now be going to red leaf over my other coffee shop….. and I hope this message can get to Melissa (the owner/founder) so she can know how incredible this crew is and so she can know that me as somebody that’s been going to the other coffee shop since it came to this town…. Has now completely changed my mind and I will be going to Red leaf over the other coffee shop…. It’s more cost-efficient taste better than the customer service is exponentially better than the other...
Read moreI have mixed feelings on the review to give because I love Red Leaf coffee; however, I keep having my order made wrong when I go through the drive-thru in the morning and the male employee takes my order. Example: This morning I order a simple drink: 24 oz iced nonfat salted caramel latte. After ordering, the employee asked if I wanted that hot. No, I said iced. He repeats my drink back. I get to the window and I watch the barista pour whole milk into my drink. Not 100% sure if the drink is actually mine, I don't say anything. Then it gets handed to me and I ask if it's non-fat. They say no and they have to remake it, which I feel bad about but at the same time...I didn't make the error and when my coffee order is almost $7 there, I would like it be made right. I am not sure where the disconnect is, but this is at least the 3rd time my order was made incorrectly when the male employee takes it. I have never said anything before and just dealt with it, but as prices continue to increase, I would expect my simple order to be...
Read morePlace has changed ownership since I started coming here last year, so I'm updating my previous 5 star review to three stars. Great WiFi. Friendly employees. Prices are good for organic. Great gluten free treats. Good restroom facilities. Lobby sitting area is just now not as warm and inviting. It feels cold when sitting inside...no cozy there. The decor is bland and uninteresting. The service is soooooo slow. It took 10 minutes to get just a brewed coffee with cream only. The coffee has been lukewarm the last 6 times. I like it hot and to warm my hands as I hold the cup. By the time I sit and sip to the bottom it is stone cold. Try the one in Kelso. Much more warm and inviting...but it does have a kids area...can get noisy. Still for organic coffee you cant beat it. Really no other game in town...
