I am done with this place today was the third time that I've been there, trying to give them more than enough chances I had taken my son there on his birthday in December 2020 because he loves Chinese food and trying to give him a nice day, I took him there to surprise him, we was very disappointed, we both ended up nauseous and sick after leaving there. So I didn't go back for a long time not until this year. About 2 weeks ago, we went in there with my best friend to have lunch service was somewhat ok, I've had better, and food was not that great.. Well, today seems how my husband was at work, my son and I and my best friend, went in there again, we asked for extra napkins were only given 3 napkins, which was not enough, the waiter never came back to check on us, never asked us, if we needed refills, we all ran out of our drinks had to find that knapkins on her own.. And when the waiter finally did come back, it was to give us our check, which was wrong because we had already told him it was going to be 2 separate checks, so he had to take that back, we asked him if we could get to go drinks, didn't bring the go drinks, and we asked him about why he never came to the table to ask if we needed anything or check on us, he got very rude, stuck up his hand in the air and just walked off.
If this is the way they're going to treat their customers and they're going to have food, that is not that great and make people sick. They don't need to be open and running a restaurant.
It's a shame when you want good Chinese food, you can't find none.I'll be paying a little bit more expensive price and going to a better place, I guess it is true you pay for what you get, I'll pay that extra money and drive a little bit further to get good food and good service.
So if you're looking for a good restaurant to take your family or just by yourself, or just to hang out with friends or anything I would not recommend...

The shrimp barely had any heat to them and the green beans were cold completely. I attempted incorrectly to get the woman by the door to taste but she wouldn't. I asked to have the owner come to me so I could let him know the food was cold. When he came to the table I told him I love eating there but I had a complaint. I told him the food was cold. He said for me to come with him. He took my plate and dumped it. I thought he would make sure the food was hot and I would continue to eat. I was wrong. He said he didn't want any problems and I needed to leave. They had already taken my friends food and dumped it too. I told him I still wanted to eat there and he said no and kicked me out. Read moreThe food is always great here, and the service is always pretty great as well. The mood and setting are pleasant, and you can be assured that you will enjoy yourself. I haven't had a single bad experience with the food, or the waiting staff.
I would like if the payment staff was not so argumentative, and were more informed when it comes to making payments. That is probably the only real problem I have.
I often use my Samsung S7 to pay at credit card readers, new and old. Because the staff don't know that the Samsung uses a different method than NFC tap to pay, (and is leagues beyond Apple pay), they often argue with me.
I have to forcefully tell them to hand me the credit card reader so I can use my phone, or they aren't getting paid. It's happened twice.
I know that most people aren't aware of the advance in technology that occurs all around them, but when it comes to payments, maybe try a little bit.
