Electric Cowboy Longview — Restaurant in Longview

I’ve been going here every week for the past 3 weeks and it’s been amazing, but last night was a complete game changer. Usually when I’ve gone, one specific machine will scan my license and flag it as fake when it is indeed real. They normally would have to use the OTHER machine and it would scan perfectly fine. (This was the same occurrence everytime I went)I tried to explain this to the manager (who i had never seen until last night) and she would barely let me talk. I also couldn’t get in because she kept trying to say it was fake when it wasn’t and I shouldn’t have even been able to get in the previous times after the machine “flagged it for being fake” Im 20 years old and well within my right to be in the club. The bouncers have seen us regularly and I was able to be let in at the other door. The manager wasnt being very rational and was kind of rude. My ID isnt fake, and it ruined the rest of my night when she didn’t give me any other options. Probably wont be coming there if she is🤦🏽‍♀️Anyone in that club could look at my ID and tell you it’s real. It was an out of state license, but it shouldn’t have been a problem considering she said she had multiple peoples out of state licenses that night. For someone in that type of high authority, you’d think theyd be able to tell a real ID from a fake. Go get your certification girl. 4/18/25: one bartender in the Lone Star Ice part was rude & had a snippy attitude, especially about the tip. Her facial expressions along with how she gave and took the receipt from my friend and I showed it the most. I do remember her name and what she looked like, I still have the receipts. I really just want to talk about another bartender, though. So my friend & I tried out another bartender in the actual club part, she was so nice and amazing. Her name was Jade, she was very sweet and funny. She made us feel very comfortable. She actually had conversations with us like we were more than just dollar signs. Her drinks were TOP TIER! I actually felt like I was drinking an alcoholic beverage. It wasn't watered down or half done. Kudos to her, if I ever decide to come back, I want her to serve me everytime! If i could do zero stars i totally would.. I went there with my mom and brother for my 21st birthday and had the most terrible first time in a bar.. Out in the smoke area there was a bunch of people there trying to pick a fight for no reason other than being bored and 2 girls ended up shoving my mother and there was a guy there threatning to lay his hand on her and then im pretty sure it was the manager and security came out and these people were the ones starting arguments and we ended up getting kicked out and these so called people that act like children and do not act like decent human beings got to stay because im assuming they are either friends with the manager or family but i will not ever go back because of the rudeness and the incapability to handle a situation that was clearly...
