I ordered my pizza to the Marcos app. They said it was gonna be approximately one hour pizza took an hour and a half to get here and when I got here, it was being delivered by a DoorDash or which threw me off and three people in her car with her, she took the pizza off the passenger that was sitting with her in the car brought it to me. The pizza had looked like it had been messed with because pieces have been taken out of the assorted spots and moved around, and I noticed that there were two wings missing too. I then called to get tried to get help and resolve the situation and the manager was no help at all threaten to call the cops on me when I told him I’d bring the pizza and the wings back up there. I just want to refund and I’d never shop here again he told me he would call the cops if I came up there and try to get a refund so I called the police department. They told me I was better off going and making formal complaints through online so they couldn’t try to say I was doing anything I wasn’t. Absolutely the worest experience I’ve ever had with any pizza shop I’ve ever shopped at!!! I did look up the corporate number off-line and will be making a formal complaint through corporate too how the situation in the total lack of care for a customer from this establishment...

Called just to check on it, worker didn't put phone on hold/mute so I could could hear what they were saying which was it's only been 45min, he says they are waiting for it to be picked up, so my pizza has been ready for 30 minutes it was due (per website) 15 mins ago, another person gets on phone and tells me delivery time is actually closer to 1hr and website is never accurate. So why have it? Sounded like a party in the background and there was no concern about my concerns. I've had a bad experience with this location before so I normally don't order from them but I accidentally did this time. I won't make that...
Read moreHorrible customer service! Can't get an order right for nothing. Waited 1 hour for 3 subs, live less than 10 minutes away, called to get correct order was informed it will be another hour. Now this is dinner so the rest of the food will get cold while waiting on one new sub. Called and manager said what do you want me to do, the other sandwiches were correct. And to top it off we were honest, the delivery driver under charged us $10 and we flagged him down to give him correct amount of money. Really? Avoid this establishment at all cost!
