Having just been released from the hospital, my body still adjusting after surgery to remove a cancerous thyroid, I felt a bit out of sorts. But upon arriving at Pho Ever Vietnamese Cuisine, the woman who greeted me was incredibly perceptive. She clearly saw I was struggling and immediately offered me a comforting hot tea and a glass of water. Her kindness was truly remarkable, a small but significant gesture that made a world of difference.

Later, once I was settled back home and focused on recovery, I realized my husband's portion of our order was missing. A quick call to the restaurant, and that same thoughtful person was already on it, preparing his meal for pick-up, understanding that getting back out wasn't an option for me.

We usually prefer to dine in at Pho Ever, enjoying the atmosphere, but a thoughtful UberEats gift card from my coworkers meant their delicious food was the first thing that came to mind for a comforting meal at home. And it truly delivered. That steaming bowl of Phở Tái Bò Viên, with its rich, warming broth, and my fresh Gỏi Cuốn were exactly what was needed. My husband also savored the Phở Tái Bò Viên from his meal 2 combo, and our two older sons happily shared the Mì Gói Xào Tôm. Honestly, everything on their menu is simply delicious.

Vietnemese food is my truest fav of all Asian foods. Nice selection here. I salivated as the dishes came out to other tables with bathtub sized bowls of piping pho and steaming hot noodle dishes piled high. I went to the bathroom just so i could walk by tables to check out up close. Yep im gonna like this !! Then came my cold fresh shrimp roll and my bun dac biet house special noodles. Fresh bright one of the best spring rolls ive ever had. I added a side of fresh mixed veggies to add on top as i love my veg. Some siracha fish sauce with the lime dressing that came with and I am lovin life. Such a lovely and couteous front of house lady...she is family there. Love this is a family business. Had a glimpse into the kitchen and could catch the flurry of activity back there.
