I used to go 2,3,4 times a week but its kind of fallen off for me when it comes to how things are handled. I still like getting something to eat and plenty of staff are amazing but when it comes to actually getting a part time secondary job here its just awful. You can follow there instructions sure.... but when it asks you { Why have you left or plan on leaving this company?} its a double standard sure you can go below and check still employed but it doesn't matter the first question is MANDATORY -- whoever derived this was clearly acting half minded. you cant say your planning to leave your primary job if your wanting to work both especially since they will contact that job to discuss it...... even if you work around this by selecting OTHER its actually a Disqualifier for your application....not to mention you cant even explain why you select Other as the option of choice.
your application is bound to a phone number you made the account with so only one application per contact.
So you mean to tell me that simply having a primary source of income disqualifies applicants from a part-time job in a fast-food industry. Yes I even tried a secondary phone number just to see if it changes anything and you can bet at that point it let me choose a store location to submit to.. even though this should be the first thing you actually do....
lastly the store I wanted to apply for wasn't even listed instead I only had choices from Vermillion or farther out.... im in lorain, I walk, and live 5 houses from the store I was intending to try. I even made an online order earlier in the day when there staff was in a meeting, sure I forgot to get my extra drinks I payed for. and they may have put the wrong side in my order but I wasn't upset. I followed thru with writing up a resume to hand deliver to management to politely explain what was the problem with applying online. Nope. They don't take papers, is all I got without the manager even giving me a glance. sure I could have mentioned my order and I certainly would have at least preferred to get my drink. But I wasn't in the mood to make myself look pitiful to someone who felt like shunning me off without a thought. no matter, its cool. I just wont order anything when she's working ill turn right...
Read moreWent there yesterday. Drive thru was having repairs so we had to go into lobby. There is 2 kiosk machines. Both were being used and ppl were in line for both as well. I went to counter and told young lady that I wanted to place my order with her because I also was paying in cash. She stuttered for a minute; a guy walked up and asked her what I said. She told him I wanted to place my order with her at the counter and he said they weren't taking orders at the time. I said well I'm paying cash. Michael than told me that the kiosk took cash!!!!! I knew damn well it didn't!!!!!!!! So I waited til it was our turn. Placed my order on the kiosk. When it asked me how I wanted to pay; I selected cash. The kisok machine than instructed me to go to the counter!!!!!!!!!!!! The young girl who I originally talked to, who couldn't find a thing to do with her time but fidget!!!!!!!!! Eventually said to me; do you need to pay? I said how pointless was this whole thing????? They were to lazy to take my order!!!!!!!!! Make it make sense!!!!!!!! I am so tired of spending my money at places like this that are teaching their employees to avoid the customers and use technology!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With the drive thru being down, you'd think they would be more helpful at the customers coming in the door!!!!!!! I am truly am going to do my best at NOT spending my money at restaurants like this any...
Read moreDon't waste your time or money. We stopped here for a late lunch and this is the worst run taco bell I've ever been in. The facility: the dining area is empty but everything is slightly sticky and dirty. You stick to the floor with every step as you walk up to order. Is there someone there to take your order? No. You aggressively told to order at the kiosk. When another customer asked they were pretty much yelled at to use the kiosk and not to bother them they're busy "look at the screen those are all orders we're busy" The bathrooms were "out of order" except for employees. And it took over 20 minutes to get our order. When our order was ready and called I went to pick it up and wanted hot and fire sauce. The employee walked away and acted exasperated to have to add anything to the bag. They forgot the srink and that was more exasperation. Will definitely not be coming back to the drive thru or dine in. This was horrible. To top it off the crunchwrap had no meat ... Probably worst part of all they absolutely would not put a girl on the phone...
